My daughter purchased a Marc Jacobs…

My daughter purchased a Marc Jacobs handbag for my 50th birthday . It arrived on time but without a dust bag. It’s been several weeks since I contacted customer services who are completely useless and unhelpful the first response I received was use your pillowcase - SERIOUSLY!!!! This is a brand acting like they are a market stall to date they are unable to assist me. Shameful !!!!

Poor customer service and poor quality…

Poor customer service and poor quality of their bags.
Due to the leather that started to peel off my Marc Jakobs bag, I have received a credit note from Marc Jakobs in Grønnegade 1. Since December 2020, I have tried to get in touch with them and it has not succeeded yet. I have both tried on their official website but they have tried to forward me to customer service for customer contact to their stores. Have called many times and put phone messages on their answering machines. They have never contacted me and are afraid that I will never get a new bag and that I will not get anything for my money and think that DKK 2,500 is a lot of money. Practice ...

Service and total experience were SO…

Service and total experience were SO BAD it prompted me to write this review. My first review, here it goes. The store manager and sales clerk just treated us like garbage after buying an item and requesting a refund less than 30 minutes later. It was the wrong item and we wanted a refund. Apparently, MJ has a "all sales final" BUT they don't tell you. They conveniently tell you it's on your receipt after the purchase. No signage in the store! Service was about the worst I have experienced! Buyer beware! Purchased at Allen, TX store.

I will never ever purchase a Marc…

I will never ever purchase a Marc jacobs fragrance again! I bought the largest bottle of the daisy eau so fresh for my wife,she was currently still on her previous bottle and now is on the new bottle which is a dead fragrance and no one wants to help with an exchange!Now I see why they only have a 1.8 rating as poor.BYE!

Shipping and Cancellation is a Joke

I paid additional money to have the item shipped in two days. The website is still showing as new so I know I will not receive the item in time for what it was purchased. I looked at the website and it explicitly states that they can't cancel an order once it is in the shipping process. Mine is still in new. Customer service says they can't do anything about it. That I have to wait until it processes, ships and then I can return it minus my shipping fees! That is bananas! I have never had this type of issue before. If the item was already processed and shipped, that I could understand, but just flat out refusing is crazy. If that disclaimer was on the button before you press confirm payment, I promise people would think twice. So now I have to find a new gift and wait for who knows how long to get a refund, minus the rush shipping that was not "rushed" at all. I love Marc Jacobs but NEVER AGAIN will I give this company another dollar since they do not value their customer.

I place a order on January 2,2021 which…

I place a order on January 2,2021 which was a birthday gift for my daughter who's birthday was January 16. I still have not received my order. Today is January 24,2021. I have sent several email to them asking for a reshipping or refund. There response was that my order was lost in transit. But I still haven't received etheir my order or a refund. This was my first and last time doing business with this company. I am very disappointed and my daughter is still without a birthday gift. This is a inconvenience and very unprofessional... I will be telling my family and friends about this unpleasant experience with this company......

Has anyone purchase anything off onlinepaydayshop they are on sale for Marc jacobs snap shot bags from $295 to $65 it sounds to good to be true and tempted to buy as I’ve been looking at this bag for a while and can’t find reviews on it anywhere !

No return and bad customer service!

I ordered an iPhone cover in late October 2020, almost three months ago. The delivery was estimated to 2-3 days, so when a week and a half passed without anything happening, I contacted the delivery firm. After a month with countless problems and conversations with them the package was declared lost. This is probably an issue with the delivery firm, but...
I was told to contact Marc Jacobs and ask for a return, so I did immediately. That was 2 months ago. The only response I've gotten is them telling me that they are looking into the case and working on it. I sent my order number and receipts along with all information, so should a simple refund really take over 2 months?
I am, honestly surprised by the lack of communication from them and I've read many recent reviews saying the same thing. I thought I shouldn't worry since Marc Jacobs is a well-known and recognized brand.
I guess I was wrong.

Poor quality of products as well as customer service

Hi,
Unfortunately, I have negative experience with the Marc Jacobs product as well as the service.
I bought a Marc Jacob phone cover in May 2020 at the Marc Jacobs store, Hamngatan 18-20, 111 77 Stockholm. After one month of use, the cover was in absolutely unacceptable condition. Then I went to the store to exchange this cover for the same new one. Unfortunately, after one month I got the same problem with this new cover. I went to the store to exchange the cover again, but instead of a new item, I got a kind of ticket refund. Salesman told me to come next month, as they have a new collection, and I can choose a new phone cover. When I returned back, the store was closed, and the person at the information desk gave me an email address, so I can contact customer service for further information. I tried to contact customer service during last 6 weeks, but still have not received any response.

Worst customer service - I ordered two bags from Marc Jacobs…

I ordered two bags from Marc Jacobs over 2 weeks ago. Every time I check the tracking number it keeps saying the ordered is being processed but still hasn’t been shipped. I emailed 3 times with my tracking number GE805341046US looking for an update. Then today I received the below email....
